508 REMEDIATION

• 508 Remediation is performed to all levels of accessibility including WCAG 2.0.

• We provide high quality remediation, meeting all the standards and requirements as set forth by HHS and CMS. We use the software recommended by HHS for remediation, Global Access PDF by CommonLook.

• Remediation is offered for PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.

• Remediation is available in any language at no additional cost, including Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Korean, Armenian, Persian/Farsi, Russian, Polish, Japanese, Navajo, Punjabi, Cambodian/Khmer, Hmong, Hindi,Thai, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, French, Creole, and Arabic.

 

WEBSITE COMPLIANCE REVIEW AND CONSULTING

• Our team of compliance specialists will review every page within your website to make sure that it meets the requirements set forth by HHS.  

• We will provide a comprehensive list of changes that need to be incorporated into your website.

• We work with your IT team in a three step process to make sure your site passes any trolling software for ADA and 508 compliance.

• We will provide a certificate on Compliance when all levels have been reached.

• We will continue to monitor your site on a monthly basis to make sure any changes or uploaded documents continue to pass all aspects of HTML 508 WCAG compliance requirements.

LARGE FONT DOCUMENT

• We will take your word or design files and turn them into large font documents for your hard of sight customers.

• We also offer printing output and can have them delivered straight to the end user
